Giggity Giggity

pdfDownload as PDF

We have been hearing back from quite a few places that we reached out to for gigs in the spring, and a few folks who somehow found us on their own! (thanks, whippoorwillow.com, you are doing a darn good job here)  We're taking a good hard look at the coming months - with shows already slated for Binghamton, Rochester and Ithaca, plans to record, and new songs to hammer out, there is a lot on the table for us to coordinate.  Soon enough, April, May, and June will fill out, fresh tunes will be in your ears, AND . . .

T-shirts.  This bluegrass band will have some stylin' threads in time for the holidays.  Designed by Kate Harnett (http://www.kate-harnett.com/), and printed by Queen City Basement Designs (http://www.queencitybasementdesigns.com/), our first batch will be coming out any time now.

Our Debut in Syracuse: The Westcott Theater with Driftwood

Whippoorwillow will open for Driftwood at the Westcott Theater in Syracuse on December 12th.  We have triple the usual pre-gig excitement: This is the first time we will reach our Syracuse fans, Driftwood is fantastic and inspiring, and The Westcott Theater seats about 600 more people than any other venue we've played.  Tickets are available at whippoorwillow.bandcamp.com/merch and at Sunny Days of Ithaca for $13.00 in advance.

Millennium Music Conference

We were recently selected to play at the Millennium Music Conference in Harrisburg, PA!  Thanks to our fans, we were chosen from over 3,400 bands to attend workshops and showcase our sound.  We'll be forming a Prius caravan on February 19th and making our way over the Poconos - Say a little prayer for unseasonably warm weather that weekend!
